Our Diversity and Difference

Elmore is passionate about strengthening the diversity and inclusion of our team and Board of Trustees and delivering services that are accessible by everyone who needs them.

We have produced Equality Reports for our workforce, Board of Trustees, and clients, for the period from 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023. This information is part of our equality information for promoting equality and always acting as an anti-discriminatory service provider and employer.

The publication of the reports is voluntary and happening for the first time ever in 2022-2023. We want to respond to the significant health, social, and equality impacts that we all face, and the reports are helping us to do this.

We want the voices of everyone who works at Elmore, governs Elmore, and accesses our services to be heard and their lived experience valued.
