Elmore Community Services is a charity working across Oxfordshire and the wider Thames Valley, supporting adults with complex and interconnected needs who often struggle to access mainstream services. Since 1989, we have been helping people who fall through the cracks, including those experiencing mental health difficulties, substance use, homelessness, trauma, social isolation, domestic abuse, or involvement with the criminal justice system. We work flexibly and compassionately, adapting to each person rather than expecting them to fit rigid systems. Through tailored one-to-one support, embedded workers, specialist domestic abuse services, and strong partnerships with the NHS, local authorities, and community organisations, we place individuals at the center of everything we do. Our trauma-informed, culturally aware approach empowers people to build safety, stability, and independence, while ensuring their voices are heard and their strengths recognised.
