The Elmore Team has been providing flexible support for people with complex needs since 1989.
Who we work with
We work with people who have complex needs, live in Oxford City and do not fit the services of other agencies.
How we work
- We can help you stabilise the chaos in your life and prevent the situation getting worse.
- We will link you with the local services you need. We will continue to support you while we make sure the new services are working for you.
- We will help you build your confidence and independence until you are ready to end your work with us.
- We will work with you as long as you need our support.
What we do
- Help you organise supported housing and benefits.
- Help you register with a GP.
- Provide emotional support.
- Help you address your health needs and addictions.
- Help you organise your finances and pay your bills.
- Make sure you have legal representation and support in court.
- Provide opportunities to take part in our Client projects.
About us
The Elmore Team comprises a team leader and six support workers. We work closely with the other ECS teams and our partners.
