Do you have complex needs, live in Oxford City and find it difficult to access services? We can help.
Referrals
If you or someone you know needs our support, please fill in the Oxfordshire Common Mental Health referral form and return it to us. You can download a copy of the form here.
If you can’t fill out the form please phone us on 01865 200130 any morning between 10.00 and 12.30.
If you are in any doubt about whether our services are right for you, please get in touch. We can help you think through your options, and provide advice and information about other local services.
Elmore Complex Needs Team
We support people who have complex needs and do not meet the criteria of other service providers.
ASB Team
We provide intensive support for people coming under Anti Social Behaviour (ASB) legislation who have complex needs, mental health issues or are otherwise vulnerable.
Mental Health Team
We work with people with a range of mental health difficulties in Oxfordshire.

Parenthood Team
We work with young pregnant women and parents aged between 16 and 25 who have complex needs.

We support offenders who have complex needs, and offer assistance before, during and after their release from prison into the community.
