Making a Referral
If you want to refer yourself, please telephone Elmore between 10am and 12.30pm to speak to a worker.
If you want to refer someone else, please complete the Common Referral Form and send this via email or post.

Elmore will respond to referrals as soon as possible. At times of high demand there may be a waiting list, but crisis situations are always prioritised. We will contact both referrers and individuals straight away to let you know how long the wait is likely to be.
