Chief Executive

Salary – £41,127 – £50,511 dependent on relevant experience.

Permanent, Full Time (37 ½ hours per week); willing to consider part-time and/or flexi-working options for the right candidate.

Elmore is seeking a new Chief Executive with a passion for working with people with multiple and complex needs, and creating sustainable solutions to the challenges they face, who understands the current voluntary sector context and is ready to lead the exciting next stage of Elmore’s development. The Elmore Difference

Elmore Community Services (ECS) is a registered charity governed by a Board of Directors. It provides high quality services for marginalised and disenfranchised people throughout Oxfordshire. Elmore was established in 1989 after an Oxford research project identified the weaknesses of service provision for people deemed ‘difficult to place’.
